GiulS
Terms
Clear baseline terms for using the GiulS preview and any future public swap interface.
Preview status
GiulS may be shown as a private or limited preview. Features, pricing, routes, and availability may change without notice while the product is being refined.
Non-custodial use
GiulS is designed as a non-custodial interface. Users connect their own wallet, review the transaction, and decide whether to sign. GiulS does not take custody of user funds through the interface itself.
No advice
Nothing on GiulS should be treated as legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Users remain responsible for evaluating tokens, routes, slippage, fees, and execution risk before signing any transaction.
Fees and execution
Where applicable, GiulS may apply a disclosed service fee. Quote previews are estimates and may differ from final execution because of market movement, routing conditions, network fees, or wallet-side confirmation timing.
Responsible access
Users are expected to comply with the laws and restrictions applicable to their location and activity. Access may be limited, refused, or adjusted as GiulS evolves toward a production launch.
